About Jennifer
Jennifer Walker is an Anglo-Hungarian ex-nuclear physicist turned freelance writer who has lived and worked in the UK, Germany, Spain, Georgia, India and Hungary. She mostly writes about Budapest and Vienna and has written for a number of publications and books on Budapest, including chapters in Lonely Planet's Secret City, Global Coffee Tour, Global Distillery Tour, and Around the World in 80 Food Trucks.
She is co-editor of Panel Magazine, a literary magazine focusing on art and literature in Central and Eastern Europe. When she's not writing, reading, or attempting to teach her cat chess, you might find her in a ridiculous fancy costume, out on the town with the Budapest Surrealist Society.
