About Mikol
Mikol Hoffman is the Director for World Central Kitchen's Food Producer Network in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, The Bahamas and Guatemala. She is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and leads long- term resilience initiatives to strengthen food security and revitalize food economies in the Caribbean and Central America. Mikol has been working to promote local food systems and sustainable travel in the region for over a decade and brings her expertise in operations, project management, marketing, and business development. She is also a published food and travel writer, speaks five languages, and was recently selected as a top global talent to promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
