About Stephen
Based in the Central Asian country of Kyrgyzstan for over a decade, Stephen has contributed writing and photography to Lonely Planet publications from across the globe. As a keen hiker, avid photographer, and unrepentant flashpacker he is just as likely to be found schlepping up another Tien Shan mountain pass as wandering the streets of Istanbul on the hunt for baklava or online engaging in wildly impractical airline points and miles searches.
