About Victoria
From bunking down with Berbers, hitchhiking through Istria and writing on everywhere from Jose Ignacio to outer space as a guidebook editor, writer and author to traveling the length of the Brazilian Amazon for Lonely Planet Brazil 13, Victoria Gill’s career in travel titles has taken her across six continents and too many intrepid travel adventures to count. She’s drawn on her passion for and unprecedented knowledge of her native city of London to edit sections, guides and magazines throughout her career. Recently, Victoria’s freelance features for magazines, books and travel zines have voyaged from Fiji’s Kokomo Island to Antigua’s Jumby Bay, Tokyo, Geneva, Miami and around Brazil, which Victoria was previously lucky enough to call home.
