Lake on the Mountain Provincial Park

Lake on the Mountain, near Glenora, is something of a mystery: 60m above adjacent Lake Ontario, it has a constant flow of clean, fresh water. Scientists are yet to confirm its source. The Mohawks offered gifts to its spirits and settlers thought it was bottomless. There's a delightful picnic ground with wonderful views of the Bay of Quinte on Lake Ontario.
