Black Kite brewery on the 11th floor makes beer under the Black Kite and Kowloon Bay labels. It's a basic set-up with just equipment inside a white-walled room. If you want to see the brewery, email Black Kite to check when you can pop in. Tours are two hours long, in English, and include two bottles of unopened beer.
