An interesting, much-venerated old temple dedicated to the Kinnauri protector goddess Chandika stands in Kothi village. The taller of its two peaked wood-and-stone towers is the older. The newer contains a number of images with unusual coverings resembling busby caps. To get there, turn uphill opposite HDFC bank in the main bazaar, then take the first road up to the right and go about 2km.
