I.M. Pei, one of the most celebrated architects of the 20th century has passed away in New York at the age of 102. With a career spanning half a century, the Chinese-American architect designed some of the world's most recognisable structures in 50 projects across North America, Asia and Europe, from the Louvre Pyramid in Paris to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.
