These striking triple-decker towers were built in the late 19th century in a T-shaped design unique to the Gulf. Restored in 2003, the 16m high towers would have originally been made with coral rock and limestone and later used to spy incoming Ottoman soldiers. Although fenced off and not accessible to visitors, you can get a good look at the architecture from the road. The towers are located in a residential area west of Al Shamal Rd.
