Punctuated by a replica Tang dynasty archway at its western end, Duncan St is Brisbane's rather underwhelming Chinatown. The pedestrianised strip (and the stretch of Ann St between Duncan St and Brunswick St Mall) is home to a handful of Asian restaurants and grocery stores, none of special note. The area is at it most rambunctious during Chinese New Year.
